Shipping Policy

At VotaraTech, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and smoothly as possible. We currently offer shipping options for domestic orders within the United States, with delivery times and pricing shown below.

Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Order Cut-off Time: 7:00 PM (MT - Mountain Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

  • Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time it takes to prepare, pack, and ship your order from our facility. Please note that handling time is separate from transit/shipping time. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Methods & Transit Time

We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders within the United States:

  • Free Shipping: Estimated transit time is 2 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Standard Shipping: $7.69 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Note: Shipping rates and delivery estimates may vary depending on the product, destination, and order volume. The available shipping method and final cost for each order will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimated and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. While we do our best to meet the stated delivery windows, delays may occasionally happen due to carrier issues, weather, holiday periods, or high order volume.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or other delivery issue, we may contact you for further instructions. Additional shipping charges may apply if the package needs to be resent.

Delays and Exceptions

In rare cases, shipping may take longer than expected due to factors outside of our control. These may include carrier delays, customs checks, weather conditions, or other logistical interruptions. We appreciate your patience if this happens.
