- You can find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

- If no tracking information appears yet, please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping email for the carrier to update their scan events.
- If it's been more than 48 hours and you still don't see updates, contact our support team with your order number and tracking code and we'll look into it for you.
